General Use
The content on this website is provided for general information and presentation purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, or up to date.
Client Accounts
You may use a Google account to create a private client account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for activity performed through your client account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe the account has been used without permission.
Project Posts and Messages
You may use the workspace to describe a project and discuss it with Virgil. Do not submit unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorized to share, malware, passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, or content that infringes another person's rights.
A job post or discussion does not by itself require either party to enter a contract. Work begins only after a proposal is accepted, any required payment is confirmed, and the contract is active.
Proposals and Contracts
A proposal identifies the scope, rate, authorized hours or fixed amount, and project terms. You must review the displayed proposal and affirmatively accept it before a contract is created. If a specific accepted contract conflicts with these general website terms, the accepted contract controls for that project.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe as direct payments for Virgil's services. This website is not an escrow service, does not hold client funds for multiple providers, and is not affiliated with or operated by Upwork. Refund, cancellation, expense, and additional-work terms are governed by the accepted contract and applicable law.
Project Records
The workspace may preserve job posts, messages, proposals, accepted terms, payment status, time entries, progress updates, issues, and an audit history. Use the workspace as the shared project record and promptly raise errors or disagreements through the project discussion.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, design work, layouts, written materials, and visual assets on this site are the property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without permission.
Project names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
External Links
This website may include links to third-party sites or services for convenience. Those destinations operate independently and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the client workspace available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to an accepted project contract require agreement by both parties.
